Garlic, 4 Cloves
Shoyu, 6 Tablespoons
Honey, 4 Tablespoons
Sesame Seeds, 1 Tablespoon
Optional: Green Onions for garnish

- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoons shoyu
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Optional: green onions
Directions
- To make the sauce, mix 1 cup of water, 6 tablespoons of shoyu, and 4 tablespoons of honey. Stir until everything dissolves.
- Rinse potatoes and cut into halves.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a pan on medium-high heat. Add potatoes into the pan once the oil is hot. Saute for about 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cloves of miced garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour sauce into pan and let it simmer until potatoes have soaked into sauce (about 8-10 minutes). Make sure to stir occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and toss together.
- Optional: garnish with green onions.
